Over the last few years I have tried unsuccessfully to sell my property on two separate occasions. I was unimpressed and frustrated with the agents I had used and eventually withdrew the property from the market.

In October with some reluctance, but with some necessity, I decided to try again but this time I wanted the best agent I could find.

I did considerable homework, got recommendations from friends/workmates/the web etc. and finally drew up a shortlist of 6 agents from the majority of the real estate agencies.

I then interviewed each one and it immediately became obvious who the stars were. I was left with two women , one gave an exaggerated value for my place to get the business, the other was more realistic and at that stage not prepared to put a value on the property.

The honesty and professionalism of Lindi Miller made my decision easy and it was a decision that I have never regretted.

Lindi then went into action and there was no stopping her for the next 4 weeks. She managed to get more interest in my property than I could ever have imagined and come auction date she was feeling confident and I was feeling terrified.

The day dawned with torrential rain and I was certain no one would turn up. I arrived back at the house at 1:30pm when the auction started and was unable to get in. There must have been 30 plus people in my lounge.

The auction was textbook stuff, Lindi was spot on with the bidders and the place sailed way over reserve. A dream result!!!!
